Bead has ripped from tyre sidewall.

Mtbrider - January 19, 2021

I thought I had buckled my rear wheel as the bike started to have a severe wobble in the rear. Turns out it was the Michelin E Wild Rear tyre where the sidewall meets the bead it had torn and only held together with the casing. Luckily the wobble alerted me to the problem before a blow out and potential crash. I would share photos if I could but unable on this site.

Toughest Rear E Tyre yet

TimHully7 - November 11, 2020

I ride rocks and seriously rough terrain in southern spain and have had several tyres cut and pinch puncture. This has been on my Spectral:On for nearly two months without a glitch. Only downsides are the weight and not as good in braking as a DHRII. Would i buy another? Yes if it lasts for 6 months or more!

Good grip but poor quality and wear out quickly

Lucky_Mike - November 1, 2020

Same as the other review here, my sidewall also failed whilst riding on an off camber section of trail. First the bead popped and then literally separated from the tyre. Shame as the grip is excellent in all conditions so could be epic. Other complaint is the compound is too soft for an ebike and the center knobs wore quickly on mine just through normal use.
