Noisey on the Road and Slippery on Wet/Muddy Dirt Conditions

Mike33 - February 25, 2020

Went down hard when front tires slipped in mud. I would definitely not take these off road in muddy or wet dirt situations. In addition, the loud hum on these tires is forcing me to prematurely replace tires. I am tired of having to wear ear plugs for highway driving.

Slippery tyre on wet surface, wild behaviour in lateral movements.

Megaranj - December 20, 2019

This tyre was fitted as original specs from BMW Malaysia for the R1200GSA. The first ride was so slippery over the wet surface, on Malaysian PLUS Highway. At speed of less than 100km/h, the tyres do not have good road holding or grip over the wet surface. Planning to get replacement even though only clocked 2220 km. Highly not recommended for beginners. True disappointment as need to fork out extra dollars for tyre replacement.

Good but not the mileage I would have hoped for

Jak6623 - August 30, 2019

Tyres are both squaring off at around 6000. They drove well and managed some very wet weather in the Highlands but for whatever reason I don’t get the mileage that others appear too.
